  I don't know where you got your information at. Plus calling me dishonest, I wouldn't take the time to write a review if it wasn't true. I made that appt. when I came home and you guys were soo backed up (for 8 months), but my mother and sister made the same appt a few months later, then my wife and they got right in. So you must of had a few cancellations. Just admit that your employee was having a bad day and didn't care. So you admit of not calling your so called customers back that have been waiting for months. for people that just call up. That is great customer service. Maybe you should look at your own employees before calling your ex-customers liars. Again thats why I will take my service else where. Hopefully to a Dentist that will care about there customers. Again I hope who reads this will not have to deal with your bad judgement calls, go some where else if your reading this. Plus my wife just stated, "When we couldn't make it to an appt. she would call an cancel." Unlike this office that won't call and blame the customer for it. Have a great day!! P.S. I see you spent the effort by looking up my dental history after reading my post on here, now only if you could spend that same time with your customers, you might not lose them.
